The mission of the LGBT+ Archives Project of Louisiana is to promote and encourage the protection and preservation of materials that chronicle the culture and history of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community in Louisiana.

We filmed this commercial spot in the Project’s former office on St. Ann in the French Quarter, January 2020. We also prepared a 40 minute display loop including archival materials and footage from Valda Lewis’ “Just for the Record” (1990-1993), Louisiana’s groundbreaking LGBT+ weekly news program.
